Looks like you’ve received a gift! Make sure you’ve fully opened the box as there’s likely a personalised postcard from your sender. Unfortunately if the sender has not included a not we cannot give out their details for GDPR reasons.

We’re sorry to hear that. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, please send a photo and your order number to hello@grazedbakery.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement.

If you don’t eat them within minutes of arriving, our brownies and blondies will be perfectly fine for up to 3 weeks, providing these are stored properly. Keep them wrapped up tight in a cool dry place, preferably refrigerated. If you’re not going to be

eating them in the first few days, we recommend popping them in the freezer (for up to 3 months).
