Salsa Approved
SALSA approval is only granted to suppliers who can demonstrate to an auditor that they are able to produce and supply safe and legal food, and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.

We demonstrate that we can operate to standards that are recognised and accepted across the industry and exceed the minimum standards expected by enforcement authorities. To do this we maintain an audit trail for all processes from baking, cleaning, allergen management, HACCP plans and much more. For us, this is the only way to show transparency about how serious we are in running a professional and safe bakery.
Food Hygiene
We are a certified gluten free bakery.

Our food storage, preparation, cleaning, staff training and record keeping has all been inspected and scored as the highest standard.
